With over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry, I’m a fully qualified beauty therapist and nail technician, and the proud owner of Graceful by Charlotte. I specialise in all waxing treatments, particularly using hot wax for intimate areas. As well as waxing, I specialise in all things gel and builder gel for nails, detailed nail work and creative nail art.

I absolutely love meeting new clients every day and making sure everyone who visits feels relaxed, pampered, and confident. My approach is warm, fun, and friendly – I’m passionate about what I do and always aim to create a space where you feel at ease and walk out feeling your best.
